Firstly, thank you to all programs who have submitted their Directory page edits! Any submitted pages to date have been reviewed and approved.
A reminder that edits for the 2024-2025 School Directory pages for PharmCAS and non-PharmCAS programs are due by Friday, June 14, 2024. See below for additional details on this process.
If you are unsure who at your institution has Directory access or the contact person has changed, please let us know as soon as possible via CAS@aacp.org.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- You must submit your Directory page for review, so we are alerted that it has been completed. If the "Send for Review" button is grayed out, click "Check for Errors" to resolve the issue. Should you still have any trouble, please contact CAS@aacp.org.
- School Directory pages differ from the Program Materials pages embedded in the application that are updated via the CAS Configuration Portal. Colleges and schools should plan to update their 2024-2025 Program Materials pages via the CAS Configuration Portal by June 7. Learn more here.

ACCESSING THE NEW DIRECTORY
GUIDANCE FOR MAKING UPDATES
Review the School Directory Training Manual that provides definitions of features, helpful hints, and guidance on completing the form.
The Evaluations (Letters of Reference) section contains a large table that may cause the page to appear blank for users with smaller screens, reduced-size browser windows, and/or zoomed in viewing above 100%. If the page appears blank, scroll down to locate the section information below the Lefthand Section List.
REVIEW EACH SECTION CAREFULLY
While most school data is carried forward to the new cycle, all sections must be reviewed before the final page can be submitted for review. Carefully review your program information and then check the box at the bottom of the page to mark a section as done on the Overview Page (dashboard).
