    Dear colleagues,

    Registration to exhibit at the 2025 Virtual Pharmacy School Fair, taking place September 18–19, 2025, is NOW OPEN! We're excited to have your institution join us in connecting with prospective pharmacy students from across the country.

    Event Details:

    Exhibitors may exhibit either on:

    • Day 1: Thursday, September 18th from 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM ET OR  
    • Day 2: Friday, September 19th from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM ET

    All exhibitors will receive the full registrant list from BOTH days (average number of student registrants is nearly 2000!).

    Registration & Rates:

    • Open: Now - September 17, 2025
    • Early Bird Rate: $350 (through July 31)
    • Regular Rate: $450 (August 1–September 17)

    Interested in Hosting a Workshop? 

    If you are interested in hosting a workshop, please submit your proposed workshop using this form by July 31st. Slots for workshops are limited.
