Dear colleagues,
AACP will be co-hosting a great panel with Health Professions Week featuring pediatric pharmacist, Dr. Stephen Small along with other healthcare professionals who work in pediatrics. AACP invites you to attend and share the event details below with your colleagues and pre-pharmacy student networks:
Title: Pediatric Care: An Interprofessional Perspective
When: Wednesday, March 27th at 6:30pm ET
Description: In this webinar, you will hear from a panel of healthcare providers who work with children from different disciplines, such as pharmacy, physical therapy, dentistry, and more. They will share their insights and experiences on how to provide high-quality, patient-centered, and collaborative care for the pediatric population. You will also learn about some of the unique challenges and opportunities of working with children and their families, as well as the ethical and evidence-based principles that guide their practice. This webinar is a great opportunity to explore the diverse and rewarding careers in pediatric care and to interact with experts from various fields. Don't miss it! Hosted by our partners at American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP) and featuring Ms. Danielle Stubbs, Associate Director of Student Recruitment and Diversity at the AACP as moderator. We'll take questions from the chat as well as questions submitted in advance of the session. Prior to arriving at the webinar, feel free to submit your question in advance (at the point of registration). We may read it live during the webinar. With registration, a copy of the recording will be available after the live session is complete.
