Attached is the latest PharmCAS applicant volume report as of November 1 versus the same time last year. The total number of applicant accounts in the system declined by -3.2%, and the number of applicants with Submitted status declined by -12.1%. The total number of applications decreased by -0.3%, and submitted applications decreased by -1.1% The mean number of submitted applications per applicant grew from 2.34 in 2021 to 2.63 in 2022.
