    Attached is the latest PharmCAS applicant volume report as of April 3 versus the same date last year. The total number of applicant accounts in the system increased by +3.6%, and the number of applicants with Submitted status declined by -4.4%. The total number of applications in the system increased by +4.5%, and submitted applications decreased by -5.5%. The mean number of submitted applications per applicant changed from 2.73 in 2022 to 2.70 in 2023.
