The 2025-2026 priority deadline date options are as follows:
- October 1, 2025
- November 3, 2025
- December 1, 2025
- January 5, 2026
- February 2, 2026
- March 2, 2026
- April 1, 2026
- May 1, 2026
As a reminder to all, PharmCAS institutions may choose to set a priority deadline to encourage applicants to apply earlier in the admissions cycle. Priority deadlines are non-binding. Applicants may apply to one or more schools with a priority deadline or apply to a school after the priority deadline has passed (and before the regular deadline has passed). PharmCAS will not determine whether an applicant has met a school's priority deadline requirements, nor distinguish between regular and priority applications in processing.
PharmCAS institutions will select both their priority and final deadlines when the 2025-2026 School Directory opens in mid-May.

With preparations underway for the next application cycle (2025-2026), we wanted to outline some of the upcoming important dates.
The dates for the current 2024-2025 cycle are noted in black and dates for the upcoming 2025-2026 cycle are noted in blue. There may be other important dates beyond what is posted below. - APR 07: Configuration Portal open to schools for 2025-2026
- APR 15: Spring Academic Update window opens
- MAY 01: 7th Final (enforced) application deadline
- MAY 14: School Directory pages for 2024-2025 open to schools for editing
- JUN 02: 8th Final (enforced) application deadline
- JUN 06: School Manual released for 2025-2026
- JUN 06: Configuration Portal closes for 2025-2026
- JUN 13: School Directory edits are due from schools for 2024-2025
- JUN 15: Updated admission decision codes are due from all schools
- JUN 30: Last day for applicants to create a new PharmCAS account

- JUL 07: PharmCAS Instructions are available to applicants for 2025-2026

- JUL 09: Register Now! CAS Updates and Policy Review webinar @ 2 pm ET (When you register, you will either sign in with your AACP membership information or create a free account with AACP)
- JUL 10: Application and WebAdMIT launch by noon ET for 2025-2026
- JUL 10: Transfer settings feature is available
- SEP 30: Final admissions decisions due from schools for 2024-2025
- OCT 01: Liaison-Assisted Deferral Process occurs (Schools must enter all Deferred decision codes in WebAdMIT by no later than 9/30)
