With preparations underway for the next application cycle (2024-2025), we wanted to outline some of the upcoming important dates.
The dates for the current 2023-2024 cycle are noted in black and dates for the upcoming 2024-2025 cycle are noted in blue. There may be other important dates beyond what is posted below. Additionally, the 2024-2025 dates are subject to change. We will inform you of any changes and hope this schedule helps you in your planning!
- APR 01: 6th Final (enforced) application deadline
- APR 08: Configuration Portal open to schools for 2024-2025
- APR 15: Spring Academic Update window opens
- MAY 01: 7th Final (enforced) application deadline
- MAY 15: School Directory pages for 2024-2025 open to schools for editing
- JUN 03: 8th Final (enforced) application deadline
- JUN 07: School Manual released for 2024-2025
- JUN 07: Configuration Portal closes for 2024-2025
- JUN 14: School Directory edits are due from schools for 2024-2025
- JUN 15: Updated admission decision codes are due from all schools
- JUN 30: Last day for applicants to create a new PharmCAS account
- JUN 30: Document submission deadline for 2023-2024
- JUN 30: Application and Spring Academic Update close for 2023-2024
- JUL 08: PharmCAS Instructions are available to applicants for 2024-2025
- JUL 08: CAS Updates and Policy Review webinar @ 2 pm ET (Register Now!)
- JUL 11: Application and WebAdMIT launch by noon ET for 2024-2025
- JUL 11: Transfer settings feature is available
- SEP 30: Final admissions decisions due from schools for 2023-2024
- OCT 01: Liaison-Assisted Deferral Process occurs (schools must enter all Deferred decision codes in WebAdMIT by no later than 9/30)
- BY NOV: PharmCAS year-end reports released for 2023-2024
- NOV 01: 1st Final (enforced) application deadline
- DEC 02: 2nd Final (enforced) application deadline
- DEC 13: Fall Academic Update opens
- JAN 03, 2025: 3rd Final (enforced) application deadline
- FEB 03, 2025: 4th Final (enforced) application deadline
- FEB 14, 2025: Fall Academic Update closes
- MAR 01, 2025: CAG decision deadline for applicants applying to CAG schools
- MAR 03, 2025: 5th Final (enforced) application deadline
- APR 01, 2025: 6th Final (enforced) application deadline
- APR 15, 2025: Spring Academic Update window opens
- MAY 01, 2025: 7th Final (enforced) application deadline
- JUN 02, 2025: 8th Final (enforced) application deadline
