Hosted by the Social and Administrative Sciences Section
This webinar will guide participants through the process of developing a proposal for a research project. The session will begin by describing the purpose and utility of a research proposal and will then outline the sections of a research proposal (including title, background, methods, timelines, budgets, and appendices). Examples of content that can be included in each section of the proposal will be provided. Particular emphasis will be placed on the methods section, with examples provided for different types of study designs relevant to pharmacy. The process of refining and reviewing a proposal will be briefly discussed. The session will end with a question-and-answer discussion section where the audience can ask any questions they have to the presenters and further discuss any aspects of writing a research proposal.
