Individuals with limited English proficiency (LEP) have worse healthcare access and report lower quality of care compared to individuals who are proficient in English. This webinar will focus on identifying barriers to effective cross-cultural communication. In addition, the session will provide best practices and helpful resources to improve communication with patients with limited English proficiency.
