The Nuts and Bolts of Advocacy: An Introduction to the AACP Advocacy Guide

This webinar will provide details on how to do advocacy activities at all levels, and an introductory overview of the new AACP Advocacy Guide and how to use it. Tips on getting more faculty and students involved in advocacy, and addressing other advocacy challenges will also be discussed.

Objectives:

• Incorporate the usage of the guide
• In-depth discussion about each individual advocacy topic within the guide. 
• How to advocate to state, federal, community/local entities
• Overcoming advocacy challenges
