Lower NAPLEX pass rates, a new exam blueprint, shifting learner needs, and accreditation status dependent on first-time pass-rates have created a need for programs to intentionally address licensure exam preparation. How do you make it all fit and move from band aid approaches to structures that strengthen professional and standardized exam preparedness? This interactive webinar, intended for faculty, staff, and administrators, will explore approaches to integration of licensure exam preparation in curricula, co-curricula, and beyond through evolutionary examples, case discussion, idea mapping, and practical application, fostering collaboration among representatives from different programs.

Target Audience

This webinar is designed for pharmacists and pharmacy educators.

Objectives:

At the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  1. Describe three examples of licensure exam preparation integrated into curricular frameworks.
  2. Define, with reflective insight, where participant’s home institutions stand in the process of licensure exam preparation integration.
  3. Create a toolkit of strategies that programs can use to intentionally integrate licensure preparation in curricula, co-curricula, and post-graduation.
