If your school offers or will offer a post-BS Pharm.D. degree program to any current pharmacists, please complete this form by January 25, 2021.
Pharmacists who previously earned a bachelor's degree in pharmacy in the U.S. or abroad may choose to pursue a traditional or nontraditional post-BS Pharm.D. degree offered by a college or school of pharmacy in the United States. AACP collects information on post-BS Pharm.D. degree programs to assist pharmacists who are seeking additional training and support members schools that offer these pathways. Updated post-BS program data resulting from this form will be posted as a stand-alone table on the AACP website in 2021. Please do NOT use this form to report data on your school's entry-level Pharm.D. degree program for students without a pharmacy degree.
