    What Is Analytics by Liaison?
Analytics by Liaison was made available for PharmCAS in the 2019-2020 application cycle and provides authorized users at colleges and schools of pharmacy with an interactive and visual representation of their local applicant pool for multi-year data analysis and reporting. AACP encourages you to use this free admissions tool to compare your school's running applicant numbers in the current cycle to previous cycles at the same point in time, as well as access other dynamic reports about your applicant pool.

    Accessing Analytics
To obtain an Analytics by Liaison account, contact your institution's Organization Administrator, which was automatically assigned to the primary PharmCAS contact at your institution when Analytics first launched. Please refer to the attached spreadsheet to view the current list of Administrator accounts on file.

    • Column G: Role of the user (see below).
    • Column H: Account status (i.e., Active or Not Activated).

What Do the Different Roles Mean?

    • Organization Administrator: Account is created by the Analytics by Liaison team during the onboarding process. User is given access to all reporting and analytics features and can also invite and manage other Analytics by Liaison users for the school.
    • Organization Report User: Account is created by the school's Organization Administrator. User is given access to all reporting and analytics features but cannot invite or manage other Analytics by Liaison users.
