    Hello colleagues,

The School Directory pages for the 2022-2023 application cycle are now open! The message below was emailed directly to the individuals at each institution with Directory account access by AACP. If you are unsure who at your institution has Directory access or the contact person has changed, please let us know as soon as possible via CAS@aacp.org.

    Thanks,
    Katie

The School Directory pages for PharmCAS and non-PharmCAS programs are now open for editing! Edits are due by Wednesday, June 15, 2022.

    ACCESSING THE NEW DIRECTORY

    GUIDANCE FOR MAKING UPDATES
Review the School Directory Training Manual that provides definitions of features, helpful hints, and guidance on completing the form.

The Evaluations (Letters of Reference) section contains a large table that may cause the page to appear blank for users with smaller screens, reduced-size browser windows, and/or zoomed in viewing above 100%. If the page appears blank, scroll down to locate the section information below the Lefthand Section List.

    REVIEW EACH SECTION CAREFULLY
While most school data is carried forward to the new cycle, all sections must be reviewed before the final page can be submitted for review. Carefully review your program information and then check the box at the bottom of the page to mark a section as done on the Overview Page (dashboard).

    CONFIGURATION PORTAL REMINDER

    • School Directory pages differ from the Program Materials pages embedded in the application that are updated via the CAS Configuration Portal.
    • Colleges and schools should plan to update their 2022-2023 Program Materials pages via the CAS Configuration Portal by June 10. Learn more here.

FYI - Only individuals who currently have a login account for the PharmCAS School Directory received this message. If the institution's primary contact(s) have changed or an additional individual needs access, please let us know as soon as possible via
    CAS@aacp.org.

On behalf of staff, we greatly appreciate your time in updating these pages and welcome any questions.

    Thanks,
    Katie
