We are currently using Radius by Campus Management but it is being retired and replaced by Anthology so we are in the RFP process.  Radius has been great and Anthology looks even better.  I wish we could use EMP because it connects to all the CAS systems, but our university is purchasing together across programs.  I can give you more details after the proposal presentations in March.

    Jason,

We have used Radius in the past and have been with Slate for about three years, which was a big improvement over Radius.  Our campus has been transitioning from Banner to Anthology for most other support functions.  Unfortunately, Anthology has been a very challenging transition from Banner.  Many of the interfaces that were automated are now manual which has put a strain on everyone.  We are in our 3rd year with Anthology.  Whatever you do, I recommend your university have a dedicated group of IT professionals running the implementation with as much input from you about UX as possible.

We are transitioning to Anthology now and it does indeed 'speak' to Banner and PharmCAS so I hope it will work wonders for us all.

    Good luck!

We use Slate also!  There is so much you can do throughout the process from recruitment to data management (WebAdMIT talks to Slate which talks to Banner), to notifications (admission, scholarship, information updates), you can schedule texts to accompany emails.  The text can be just a notification that an email is out or we have set up a "landing page" for each applicant and just let them know a new message is posted for them there.

We use Slate and are super happy with it! We share our instance with the other professional programs at Oregon State and have a UIT Team that supported our build-out and maintenance of the platform.

We currently use EMP. It does not operate as a true CRM, but it is an effective marketing platform.

For those using Slate, do any of you share your Slate instance with an undergrad campus? Just curious to know how that works.

    Thanks for any insight!

Apologies - I meant to say "It does operate as a true CRM, but not to the level that Slate operates." Sorry for any confusion - I think my brain got ahead of my fingers!

I'm currently working with EMP for our grad programs and Slate for our undergrad programs, just wondering about how to streamline, if that's even possible!

    Hello!

We have an instance of Slate here at Drake that all programs, undergrad, grad, and professional, are tapped into.  Our Law School is the only program on campus that doesn't use it.  We also utilize the Slate/WebAdMIT integration to feed all our WebAdMIT apps into Slate.  We use Slate as our primary app management platform, as well as communication CRM, and event manager.  I'm a 100% Slate convert and love it!

I would be happy to be a resource for anyone interested in talking about sharing an instance of Slate with undergrad programs and what that might look like.  We love the shared instance!  Please feel free to contact me directly - email address below.

    Have a great weekend.
    Jess
