    The Configuration Portal for the PharmCAS 2022-2023 cycle is now live.

    Log in to WebAdMIT with the following information:

    • Website: https://prelaunch.webadmit.org
    • Username: {email}
    • Password: Your password is the same as your regular WebAdMIT password. If you have never logged into WebAdMIT before and this is your first WebAdMIT account, you can click "first time here" in Prelaunch and set your password. If you have any questions or need assistance you can contact WebAdMIT Support via phone. They can be reached Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM EST at 857-304-2020.

    The prelaunch WebAdMIT environment is separate from your live version of WebAdMIT. In this prelaunch environment, you can create and edit programs before they are pushed into the live versions of the application and WebAdMIT.

    You can access the PharmCAS 2022-2023 cycle by clicking on the cycle switcher in prelaunch WebAdMIT and selecting the new cycle from the drop-down. Click CAS Configuration Portal under the Management panel to build your programs.

    We offer several resources to help you with navigating the Configuration Portal:

    • The Configuration Portal Quick Start Guide includes best practices and a suggested workflow to build your program. It is also accessible from WebAdMIT under the Help panel > Help Center.
    • We offer a Configuration Portal on-demand course with videos on specific portions of the Configuration Portal; this is also accessible from WebAdMIT under the Help panel > Training Resources.
    • Finally, we offer a Configuration Portal webinar that includes a Q&A session; to register for this webinar, log in to your personalized Liaison Academy Portal and then click Live Training. If you don't have a personalized Liaison Academy Portal, complete this form first.

    Key Configuration Information
    The PharmCAS 2022-2023 application cycle is scheduled to launch on July 14. If you would like your program to be available from the launch date, please submit your configurations by June 10 to allow for a thorough review.

    We know you may be familiar with the Configuration Portal, but we've had a few new exciting enhancements over the past year. Please take a moment to review our existing and new features. The available configuration options for PharmCAS include:

    Reminder!

    • Priority Deadline – Participating colleges and schools will be able to designate a "priority" (preferred, non-binding) application deadline in addition to their final (enforced) PharmCAS deadline. No action is required in the Configuration Portal for this item. Your selection (whether a predetermined date or "None") will be entered based on your selection in the PharmCAS School Directory. The PharmCAS School Directory opens to schools for editing on May 18.
    • Preview Your Program – There are three different ways you can preview how your program page will appear to applicants in the application.

    Note: programs that were configured in the 2021-2022 cycle are automatically rolled over into the new cycle, including all program configurations.

    Once your programs are configured, remember to preview and submit your program for review, so that it will go live on the PharmCAS application.

    We encourage you to review the PharmCAS Program User Guide for additional information about the cycle dates, application, WebAdMIT, and new cycle enhancements. For any questions, please contact the Client Support Specialist team at 857-304-2020 or webadmitsupport@liaisonedu.com.
