    Hi colleagues,

Liaison has confirmed that the following portals are back up and running:
    • CAS Application Portals
    • CAS Applicant Portal PDFs
    • Configuration Portal
    • Evaluator Portal
    • CAS API

Applicants, evaluators, and schools can create, fill out, and submit information.

Documents (including PDFs) remain unavailable at this time. The Liaison technical team is continuing to work toward restoring access to these documents, targeting a complete restoration by the end of the week.

    This means that:

    • Uploaded documents cannot be updated or reviewed at this time by applicants, evaluators, or schools.
    • PTE and verification services are not available at this time.
    • Users of WebAdMIT will still not have access to all applicant documents; batch downloading is not advisable.

Thank you for your continued patience on this matter. We will continue to provide updates as they become available.

    Hi colleagues,

As part of Liaison's ongoing efforts to restore document access in WebAdMIT, they will be performing maintenance starting Sunday, February 20 at 7 am ET. During this time, CAS student applications and WebAdMIT portals (including Configuration in prelaunch and production) will be inaccessible. Additionally, data exports jobs will not run during this maintenance window.

Liaison expects these systems to be offline for approximately 5 hours, after which full access, including the ability to view and export PDFs in WebAdMIT should be restored.

A related message will be shared on PharmCAS and PharmGrad social media for applicants, so they are aware of the temporary outage.

We appreciate your continued patience on this matter and encourage you to visit https://status.liaisonedu.com/ for additional updates.

    Hi colleagues,

The issues impacting the ability to view and export PDFs were resolved as of approximately 9:45am ET on Sunday, February 20. All portals are back up and functioning normally, and all documents are now available for downloading, exports, and batch jobs.

Thanks again for your patience as the Liaison team worked through this issue.
