This webinar will serve as a resource for graduate students (MS/PhD) and new faculty in the pharmaceutical sciences to learn about how to establish and maintain a good mentee-mentor relationship. The discussion focuses on both the grad student perspective and the new faculty perspective, and introduces attendees to mentoring resources. The webinar is a joint effort between AACP's Graduate Education SIG and APhA's Post-Graduate Advisory Committee. 

Objectives:

  1. Learn tips for grad students to communicate effectively with both mentors and junior students.
  2. Learn tips for new faculty to establish and maintain a mentoring relationship with grad students (MS/PhD). 
  3. Learn about tools and resources to help mentors and mentees get the most out of their relationship.
