    Hi Patty,

The AACP meetings team handles the release of the annual meeting and admissions workshop registration. It typically does not go live until April. Once live, we will share this information in the PharmCAS Community. All meeting space and the room block will be held at the Hyatt Regency Chicago. Note that when this information is available, it will be found within the Annual Meetings page of the AACP website: https://www.aacp.org/events/annual-meetings.

If you have any additional logistical questions surrounding the annual meeting, the meetings team can be reached at meetings@aacp.org.

    Thank you!
    Katie
