Below and attached are the latest volume updates for PharmCAS.

2020-2021 (CURRENT) CYCLE: Attached is the latest PharmCAS applicant volume report as of August 5. While it is very early in the cycle, we are pleased to report that both applicant and application numbers are trending above last year at this time. Aggregate applicant data by state of residence and primary college attended are also included. More detailed tables on the number of applications by geographic region and program type will resume in October.

2019-2020 (PREVIOUS) CYCLE: Final national data for the full and accepted pool in the 2019-2020 cycle will be available in the next PharmCAS Applicant Data Report (PDF) by November 2020, once all final admission decisions are received from participating schools. Please remember to submit all final decision codes for the 2019-2020 cycle by September 30, if not already done. Thank you!

    Libby,

I noted that in the applicants via state, that AL has a 73 number along with a 7 number?  I will assume the 7 number is the correct one?

    Thanks

    Charles

    Hello Charles:

I apologize for the oversight. Yes, 7 is the correct count for Alabama to date. The corrected PDF report has been uploaded and should now be available for all to download via AACP Connect. If anyone has trouble accessing it, please email me directly. Thank you!

    Libby
