    Meeting Registration

Please plan to arrive in Chicago by no later than Thursday, July 11. The Workshop will begin at 8:00 am on Friday, July 12, and end at 5:00 pm on Saturday, July 13. Liaison International will host a reception for Admissions Workshop attendees on Friday evening.

If you also plan to attend Pharmacy Education 2019 (the full AACP Annual Meeting), you must register for the meeting and then add the Admissions Workshop as an event. Individuals who wish to visit the AACP Exhibit Hall or attend other events must register for the Annual Meeting. Learn more about registration and fees.

    Saturday-Only Option

While we encourage you to join us for both days of this workshop, a new Saturday-only registration option will be available for a reduced fee of $250 and will include one lunch and two beverage breaks. The Friday reception is not included. Saturday programming is scheduled from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

    Admissions Workshop Program

The Admissions Workshop will provide attendees with the latest information on application services, WebAdMIT, student recruitment and retention, technology resources, and more. Saturday will offer concurrent sessions on a variety of topics, including new programming focused on graduate admissions and training. The Workshop will also offer attendees the opportunity to network with colleagues across member institutions and contribute to discussions relative to admissions and recruitment. To view the full list of workshop sessions, please visit the AACP Annual Meeting website or AACP Connect. If you have questions about the Workshop programming or suggestions for future sessions, please contact the AACP student affairs team at pharm4me@aacp.org.

    Hotel Reservations

AACP has blocked guest rooms at the Hyatt Regency Chicago to ensure attendees will have exceptional accommodations for the AACP 2019 Admissions Workshop and Annual Meeting.

Staying at the AACP hotel block will allow AACP to keep your registration fees at the current rates. If AACP does not achieve a minimum number of overnight accommodations, the price of services will increase registration fees for future programs. Without your support, AACP faces significant financial penalties for unused sleeping rooms.
