    Thanks,

    The brand new School Directory pages for PharmCAS and non-PharmCAS programs are now open for editing! Edits are due by Monday, June 15, 2020.

    ACCESSING THE NEW DIRECTORY

    GUIDANCE FOR MAKING UPDATES
    Review the School Directory Training Manual that provides definitions of features, helpful hints, and guidance on completing the form.

    The Evaluations (Letters of Reference) contains a large table that may cause the page to appear blank for users with smaller screens, reduced-size browser windows, and/or zoomed in viewing above 100%. If the page appears blank, scroll down to locate the section information below the Lefthand Section List.

    REVIEW EACH SECTION CAREFULLY
    To assist schools, much of your current data will be carried forward. However, certain responses were purged and will need to be re-entered by the school, if any of the following occurred:

    • Additional or new answer choices were provided;
    • The question language was modified;
    • A text box for additional information was added; and/or
    • Previous answers were year/cycle specific.

    Please also carefully review all populated text boxes. Line breaks and other text formatting were stripped from the previous School Directory page.

    CONFIGURATION PORTAL REMINDER

    • School Directory pages differ from the Program Materials pages embedded in the application that are updated via the CAS Configuration Portal.
    • Colleges and schools should plan to update their 2020-2021 Program Materials pages via the CAS Configuration Portal by June 19. Learn more here.

    FYI - Only individuals who currently have a login account for the PharmCAS School Directory received this message. If the institution's primary contact has changed or an additional individual needs access, please let us know as soon as possible via
    CAS@aacp.org.

    On behalf of staff, we greatly appreciate your time in updating these pages and welcome any questions.

    Thanks,
    Katie
